I’m pleased to share that I’ll be leading an interactive workshop for the Harvard Business School Association of Boston this fall:

"Better Judgment in High-Stakes Decisions"

Date: September 23

Time: 11:30 AM to 1 PM

Location: Hosted by McLane Middleton in Woburn, MA

Many leadership decisions are difficult not because the facts are unavailable, but because the stakes are high, the perspectives are incomplete, and the people involved may see the situation differently.

In this session, we’ll work with a practical framework for slowing the thinking down just enough to clarify context, desired outcomes, options, implications, and action.

We’ll also look at how language and framing can either harden disagreement or make a difficult decision more discussable.

The workshop is designed for leaders, advisors, board members, founders, and professionals who face decisions that require judgment, perspective, and ownership.

Thank you to HBSAB for including the program in its fall calendar, and to McLane Middleton for hosting and sponsoring the event.

The program is open to HBSAB members and non-members; Harvard affiliation is not required.

Registration is open here:
